Who are we?

Not satisfied with simply producing chemical and pharmaceutical free protein, Luke and Pia Winder (owners of Tathra Place Free Range) have opened Integrity Meats in Goulburn, a butcher shop nourishing its local community with local produce. Their absolute passion is using animals as a tool to regenerate farm ecosystems and sequester carbon. It is very much a family business and without everyone's support, including the kids, the show would not go on!​

Our Mission

Integrity Meats is dedicated to providing nutrient-dense, chemical-free produce from paddock to plate. This ensures your local farmers control the entire process in-house, from cow to chow. No middle men. No secrets. The result is a product you can trust - from farm, to processing, to logistics and the final delicious product on your plate. Our butcher shop is a both a retail outlet and wholesaler, servicing Goulburn and Sydney. Whether it’s feeding the kids or supplying your fine dining restaurant, we have you covered. By purchasing our products you are helping to restore our farms ecosystems and your own health.
